Sephora "La Maison De Color Vision" Fall Makeup Trend Overview


Sephora has come out with a new advertisement promoting the surge of new products/shades that will be debuting during the upcoming fall season! 

The ads are beautiful, so vivid and striking! They are very "avant garde" and they all seem to tell a unique story! Sephora used the three colour themes of "Crimson Velvets" "Nouveau Purples" and "Blackest Blacks." The colour themes themselves are very bold and yet oddly enough, I feel as though they are quite endearing as well. The "Crimson Velvets" embrace the warmth of the autumn leaves, while the "Nouveau Purples" seemed to have been taking a much different approach by displaying the season's coarse, more sophisticated behavior. The "Blackest Blacks" portion had been portraying the transitioning mystique as nights begin to grow longer as the season will progress.

Aside from the colour inspiration ads, sephora.com has also graciously provided each colour theme with 3 corresponding video tutorials!
